The municipal educational institution “Secondary school of general education with profound study of particular subjects № 32”.

The Principal Kolodchikova Irina is the Honorary Worker of General Education of RF, the prize-winner of town competition “The Person of the Year- 2001” .
The school № 32 has been working since 1973.
The annual number of students is about 1120-1200.

There are 3 levels of studying: The first level- 1-4 grades; The second level- 5-9 grades; The third level- 10-11 grades.
The main goal of pedagogical staff is to prepare high educated intellectual graduates who could be competitive on the market of educational services.
This task is realized through the usage of unconventional technologies of developing education by Elkonin D.B.-Davidoff V.V., problem education of Zankoff V.V., profound study of mathematics, physics, biology, chemistry, foreign languages, literature and history.
The organization of teaching and educational process has been changed: there are different mobile groups for studying foreign languages; unconventional forms of intermediate and final control are used (defense of essay, course work, test week and Marathon of knowledge).
On the high level we use such forms of training as lectures, seminars, practical works and oral examinations due to prepare the students for studying at high school.
The school forms stable interest to the definite educational spheres, elementary conception of scientific research work, abilities to extend knowledge independently. The 8 th grade students have more lessons on those subjects they choose for the future and from the 10 th grade more profound studying of such subjects begins.

The students of our school show high results in town and region subjects' Olympiads, scientific-practical conferences, intellectual quizzes.
The organizer of students' public life in school is children-youth union “RHYTHM” founded on 22 April 2001.
There is a net of creative groups for different ages which satisfy students' requirements and interests in different spheres, help to develop children's abilities.
The extra-curricula students' activity includes different forms of organization: clubs, leisure time sphere, etc.
In 1998 the Musical-Esthetic Department was founded in school. It was created to provide practical help in esthetic education of students. The goal of this department is to give students general musical education, practical skills and knowledge, and also to prepare more talented students for the entering musical college

Lessons on esthetic education are realized in following spheres of art: musical, decorative, choreographic and also on bases of other sorts of art. The pedagogical staff of school has high creative, intellectual and professional potential. It consists of 116 people, among them, there are four honorary teachers of RF, and 32 teachers have been awarded with a special sign for teachers “The Honorary Worker of General Education of RF”

The teachers of different institutions of High school work there. They read special courses for 10-11 grades as well as give lessons according to school programmes.
Since 1999 our educational institution has been taking the first place in the town scale of the results of participating in subjects* Olimpiads and scientific-practical conferences.

In 2003 our school became a prize-winner of the competition «60 Best School of Kuzbass».
In 2003 our school became a prize-winner of the competition «100 Best Classes* Projects ».
In 2005 our school was awarded with Certificate of Participation in the Russian-American Program of Cooperation «Cross-Cultural Links in Education: dialogue of Educational Cultures».
Since 2005 our school has been an experimental area according to the problem «Creation of the model Pre-Profile and Profile Training on the base of secondary school with profound study of particular Subjects».
In 2006 our school won 1 000 000 roubles grant in the contest among secondary educational institutions in Russian Federation introducing the innovative new programs.
